We believe one of the key elements to providing an accurate cost estimate is communication with the design team at each stage of estimating.  We will meet with the design team to review the project scope and parameters.  We are proactive and will ask many questions and often request information for items that typically aren’t yet detailed. Our intention is to make sure no stone goes unturned and include a budget for every conceivable part and piece of the project.

We develop over 200 cost estimates a year at all levels of design. Our thoroughness, accuracy and years of experience ensure a smooth transition to the construction phase. We have developed cost estimates for high schools, junior high and middle schools, elementary schools, higher education including colleges and universities, medical facilities, municipal facilities and community buildings.
