The Robinson Company
Our staff of 13 includes experienced estimators and project managers with strong backgrounds in general contracting. This means that we consider how every element of a project relates to cost, schedules, and logistics of the construction process. Our estimators and project managers are trained to be proactive. They will evaluate the building elements and ask the critical questions during the design and planning process. Accuracy, fairness, experience, tenacity and commitment are the trademarks of The Robinson Company. Since 1985 we have built a reputation of these traits with clients throughout the Northwest.
Kirk founded the company in 1985 and has more than 30 years of cost estimating and project management experience. Under his leadership, The Robinson Company has provided construction management services for projects in excess of $400,000,000 and over 4,000 cost estimates. Kirk offers in-depth knowledge of budgeting, construction management, constructability reviews, cost estimating and scheduling for a large array of public projects throughout the Northwest. His expertise in the process helps ensure that facilities will be completed on time, in budget, and without arbitration or litigation.
Sharon has over 30 years of experience in pre-construction and general construction services. She joined the Robinson Company in 1989 and became a partner in January of 1999. As the Principal in Charge of the estimating department, she supervises the firm’s estimating staff and oversees and reviews more than 200 estimates a year. Sharon's expertise is in cost modeling at the pre-design stage, budgeting, and overall cost management. The alliances she forms with design teams through strong, effective communication leads to successful planning of facilities as well as projects that are built on-budget and are excellent additions to the community.
